Tuesday's competition was Mr. Presidents prize to Ladies'. We had a good turnout with 45 Ladies' playing for this prestigious prize. The weather was what it should be at this time of year and this was reflected in the scoring. Anne McGoldrick won the competition with a great score of 40 points. Anne has been playing very steady golf this year and managed to cut her handicap to 27 with her win on Tuesday. Noreen Allen almost did the triple this year having already won Mr. Captain's prize and Lady Captain's prize but in the end finished second having been beaten on b.o.t by Anne. Noreen is now playing of 21. Helen Jones is also having a great run this year. Playing off 4 Helen carded 38 points to finish 3rd.
