Big Jim O Hagan (20) is making a big impression at Prehen these days picking up his third prize in as many competitions and first place in this week’s Sunday Society was the icing on the cake. Jim scored 40 points that could have been more because he blanked the 17th. Sunday Society supremo for many years and currently the club’s vice captain Terry Phillips (13) returned 39 points in atrocious conditions to take second place on a tiebreak from Sammy Connor (20) who also played in similar conditions but was undaunted and took the third spot in another count back from Damian Crawley (16) who racked up his second prize in two days. Colum Murphy (10) continued his run of good form taking fifth place from Sean Edwards (15).
