Cormac McKeone (6) could afford the luxury of blanking two holes and still win a turkey in his category at Prehen on Saturday.A fantastic three under par back nine earning him 24 of his 39-point total was good enough to win albeit on a tiebreak from current Club Captain Wilf Donnell (8).

Ortie Phillips (13) took the category two turkey with a well compiled 41 points, a two point winning margin over second placed Damian Crawley (17) who scored 23 of his points on the back nine.

Ken Quigley (18) also scored 41 points for his turkey and an in form Gerry Rainey (20) took the runner up spot with 40 points.
