Sean Ferry (12) had a notable double success at Prehen at the weekend notching up victories on Saturday and Sunday. He started by winning the 13 hole hamper competition on Saturday in less than the most pleasant of conditions by recording a fine 32 points that included two twos, a decisive factor in the count back over Bertie Lyttle (16) and Paul Glackin (7) who also scored 32 points. Fourth place went to Pat McAllister (20) on 31 points.
