No less than two Hamiltons albeit unrelated took the top two places in the 14 hole Thursday society this week. Ralph Hamilton (13) recorded his second win of the current season with an impressive 33 points over the shortened layout. That left him two clear of his namesake Richard (16) who was making his first appearance in the competition and had a two at the first hole to open his account. Taking third place on a tiebreak was the evergreen Edgar Walker (19) who will improve on that 29 points now that his putting problems are a thing of the past.
