Prehen members were once again back in action in the popular Thursday Society competition after many weeks of extremely bad weather and a well rested Terry Collins (19) had a superb 33 points to emerge the clear winner.

A fine 32 points left Alastair Crockett (15) in second spot heading off John Woods (9) on a tie break. John had a great start with a birdie two and his first dropped shot came at the par five "Prehen" hole. Best gross round of the day was a one over par by the evergreen Terry Coyle.
