Martin McNulty (7) improved by one place on his previous week's performance to take first place in the final Society competition of 2007. A fine 22 points on the front nine with another 9 on the last four holes gave him a grand total of 31 points for a one shot win over second placed George Simms (12), going great guns until his final hole where he took a costly six. Neil King (12) needed a break of tie to take third place on 29 points.
