With the sun beaming down on
Prehen over the weekend the splendid course presented by the greens
team was well worth the search for a space in the crowded car park.
On the day Tony Murray(26), moved to action by recent handicap
increases, rose to the task magnificently with a fine 42 point total
that was good enough to secure first place and, in the process,
resulted in a swinging two shot cut from the handicapper. James
Mohan(13) needed a break of tie over the back nine to take second
place from Nigel Bevington(26) with both finishing on 41 points.
Kealan Quigg (2), with his neatly compiled 69 took the gross prize.
