George McKnight (11) overcame horrendous conditions of wind and rain for a convincing two shot-winning margin in the weekly Saturday Ball sweep. The epitome of steadiness he kept a six off his card for a total of 37 points, a fantastic performance bearing in mind that less than 50% of the field returned cards. Eddie McMenamin coped next best with the conditions scoring 35 points and getting the better of last week’s winner Phillip Greer on a tiebreak.
