Crockett on Top Again



Alistair Crockett (12) racked up his second win of the season in the first of the weekly Thursday Stableford Opens which Prehen will host every Thursday until October. He scored a steady 40 points and finished two ahead of Stuart Canning (20) and Ian Anthony (4) a break of tie needed to separate those two players. Lester Moore (2) was best of the day in the gross section albeit on another tie break with 34 gross points. First prize in the visitor’s section went to Paul McDermott (14) from North West who finished with 35 points. Visitors are most welcome to the Opens at Prehen and can now book their tee times online. www.cityofderrygolfclub.com is the place to go and follow the screen directions.
