James Harrigan (18) was back to winning ways in the penultimate Sunday Society competition of this season and having been first out of the blocks he led from start to finish carding a very impressive 41 points and a comfortable two shot victory over the chasing pack. Peter Cassidy (14) and Randall Parlour (20) tied on 39 points with Peter’s better finish gaining the second spot. Paul Glackin (9) edged out Neil Browne (10) with both men returning 38 points and Damian King (15) took the sixth and final prize with 37 points and a tie break.

Sunday Society members play for Brian Abel’s captain’s prize next Sunday 20th April and a big turnout is expected.
