14 Holes Yellow/Stab

Adjusted handicaps 5/9 *Break of tie

Prehen’s most senior category one golfer Terry Coyle (5) was best of the day at Prehen in the weekly Thursday Society competition played over only 14 holes due to the exigencies** of fading light and remedial drainage work. Two dropped shots compensated for partly by a birdie at the " Quarry" were enough to give him 31 points and a tie breaking victory over the in form Alistair Crockett (15) who in turn was able to relegate Les Dickson (10) into third place courtesy of a "Quarry" birdie to give him a fine one under par finish over the last four holes.
